To overcome this, businesses need a broader, bolder perspective on value optimisation in M&A.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and deliver Post Merger Integration/Carve-out/Operational assessment projects• Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery• Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels as well as within our team• Drive business development and practice management initiatives• Work seamlessly with global teamsRequired Skills and Qualifications:• Strong analytical skills and good verbal and written communication• Ability to build collaborative working relationships at all levels• Self-starter with strong ability to drive decision making and stakeholder management• Decent knowledge about operations and processes across different functions in an organisationTechnical Skills:• Business Development/Upsell:• Responsible for supporting senior leaders for building the practice in a specific region• Have experience in planning & implementation of integration/separations of various front office and back office functions• Experience of delivering project management engagements - strong PMO skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure deals environment• Ability to understand complex deal situations and its implications on the client's/target's business model• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills and Power BIIf you are a motivated individual looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.
