Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Developer 

The ideal candidate for this role is experienced in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules, specifically the Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) components.

In addition to technical expertise, we are seeking an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with third-party security data sources and tools integration into ServiceNow.

Key competencies for this position include advanced configuration and customization of SecOps modules, solution design translating business requirements into secure workflows, and proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide
  • Proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer
  • Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures

Bonus Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules
  • Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users)
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine)

Competency Description:

This role requires a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a focus on Security Operations. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its applications, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
