Deliver innovative solutions that meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.

  • Gather requirements through workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand and document business needs and functional requirements.
  • Design tailored ServiceNow solutions to address client challenges.
  • Analyze gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.
  • Implement ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Create user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
  • Provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) module according to Organizations SOM process.
  • Experience in design and implementation of various modules including ServiceNow Sales and Order Management, Order and Quote management, Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), and Customer Service Management (CSM).

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • Good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organization.
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance.
  • Expertise in third-party integration using REST, SOAP, and other methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
