Description:

Empowering students to make informed decisions is at the core of this role. As a Senior Guidance Expert, you will provide impartial content and advice to support students in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive shortlists of universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location, and financial ability.
  • Deliver honest and impartial advice to students, ensuring they are well-informed about their options.
  • Build excellent communication and presentation skills through regular interactions with students and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and progress in our CRM system.
  • Represent the organization at talks and presentations, showcasing our expertise and services.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to students, addressing their queries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for helping students achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills to ensure efficient record-keeping and documentation.
  • Previous experience in counseling students from the study abroad sector, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
