Job Title: Project Management Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of fabrication practices and components.
  • Apply wide exposure to various manufacturing techniques and scheduling principles.
  • Organize resources for projects, production, planning, and maintenance activities effectively.
  • Establish objectives, standards, and production schedules with cost and delivery effectiveness.
  • Implement lean manufacturing techniques and ASME standards.
  • Negotiate change orders and prepare documents as required.
  • Manage commercial aspects, contract conditions, and material requirements planning.
  • Coordinate with design, projects, purchase, and shop production planning teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in vendor development and selection.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of commercial/contractual terms.

In-depth knowledge of ASME, IBR, EN codes, and specifications of reputed companies.

Certification in MS Project and Prime Vera, along with experience in MTO/drawings/reviews.

15-20 years of project management experience in Skids/Process Modules, with added advantage of Static Equipment/Boiler Pressure Parts/Spools exposure.
