Project Manager Role

The role of Project Manager involves overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project sites and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Work with stakeholders for design, material approvals, and quality reports.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing vendor relationships and resources.
  • Oversee construction and interior works at company offices and showrooms.
  • Execute multiple location projects efficiently.
  • Collaborate with architects to develop store layouts that meet business needs.
  • Plan and manage manpower allocation to construction sites.
  • Regularly review project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Adopt best practices for interior works perfection and implement them consistently.
  • Support the PMO in tracking new store launches and ensuring successful project execution.

The Project Manager will work closely with senior management and site engineers to ensure the successful execution of expansion plans. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. To be successful, the Project Manager should have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
