Performance Marketing Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth across channels and industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute campaigns, optimize funnels, lead experimentation, and report on outcomes with a focus on return on ad spend (ROAS) and revenue.
  • Owning end-to-end performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and scale what works while eliminating underperforming initiatives.
  • Develop media plans & budgets; manage daily pacing with clear targets on ROAS/cost per acquisition (CPA)/media efficiency ratio (MER)/click-through rate (CTR)/conversion value rate (CVR)/average order value (AOV)/lifetime value (LTV).
  • Set up and maintain tracking & attribution (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTM discipline, conversion APIs).
  • Lead customer relationship optimization: landing page hypotheses, A/B tests, heatmaps, form frictions, and offer/creative iterations.
  • Partner with design/content teams to brief high-performing creatives for direct-to-consumer (D2C), e-commerce, food & beverage (F&B), hospitality, and corporate/business-to-business (B2B) clients.
  • Drive marketing automation & retention (email/SMS/WhatsApp/CRM flows), cart recovery, and lifecycle journeys.

Requirements:

  • 3–7+ years in performance/digital marketing with proven results (case studies/ROAS improvements required).
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio.
  • Strong grasp of attribution, bidding strategies, feed/catalog management, and remarketing.
  • Experience across D2C & e-commerce (Shopify preferred), F&B (including hyperlocal/aggregators), hospitality (online travel agencies/brand sites), and corporate/B2B (ads).
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills; comfortable owning outcomes and explaining the 'why' behind them.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Klaviyo/Mailchimp, WhatsApp campaigns, Hotjar, Mixpanel/Amplitude.
  • Basic SEO & landing page best practices; light HTML/CSS knowledge a plus.
  • Experience coordinating influencers/affiliates and user-generated content creative pipelines.
