We are seeking a subject matter expert to join our team and contribute to advancing imaging science and technology.

  • \
  • Develop high-quality proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospects and clients.\
  • Represent the company in client meetings and industry conferences to support business growth and strong sponsor relationships.\
  • Manage proposal development from initiation to finalization, ensuring alignment with study protocols and integration of scientific best practices.\
  • Identify and clarify opportunities and needs described in RFPs and associated documentation to optimize proposal design.\
  • Communicate risks associated with proposals and contracts to stakeholders.\
  • Meet deadlines by establishing target dates and identifying priorities involved in information gathering, writing, review, and finalization.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • 2+ years of experience in scientific/medical writing, proposal development, or contract management.\
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industries.\
  • 2+ years of iCRO experience.\
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science/MIS, Science, Law, or related area.\
