Job Title: Visual Content Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative visual content specialist to join our team. As a visual content specialist, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and engaging visual assets, including product images, lifestyle images, banners, icons, and illustrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling and attractive product images that highlight product features, benefits, and differentiation.
  • Create high-quality visual assets that enhance product descriptions, incorporate engaging visuals, infographics, and informative text to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, target audience, and key messaging.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor listings to ensure designs are competitive and aligned with best practices.
  • Utilize graphic design software and tools to create high-quality visual assets.
  • Optimize designs for various devices and platforms, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness.
  • Conduct regular analysis and testing of design performance, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with design trends and guidelines to ensure compliance and maximize visibility and discoverability.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a creative designer in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in designing visual assets.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of branding principles and visual design skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize and translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and industry standards.
