About the Role:

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational strategy, guiding our counselling teams and driving growth initiatives.

  • Owning regional P&L accounts for your team of counsellors.
  • Leading a team of 80-100 counsellors and team managers by demonstrating leadership skills through building high-performing teams, driving key process metrics, creating a superlative work culture and bringing strong customer focus.
  • Collaborating with a talented team to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model.
  • Auditing, overseeing and implementing all operations initiatives for the organisation and efficiently managing teammates.
  • Leveraging independence and decision-making autonomy to drive team growth by owning end-to-end processes from top-of-funnel (TOFU) to bottom-of-funnel (BOFU).

Ideal Candidate would:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in the study abroad industry.
  • Have over 10-12 years of experience managing P&L with a team of 50+ professionals.
  • Experience scaling teams and designing processes across multiple companies, with a strong grasp of technology.
  • Excellent operational excellence skills - defining, monitoring and improving processes and metrics.
  • Competent at managing multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, operations etc.
  • Build a strong client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
