Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive EXIM volumes to achieve budget targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Commodities/Industry sector.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through various channels.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Qualification & Competencies:
  • Graduation degree with First Class pass out.
  • Total experience of more than 20 years, with senior leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 12 years working experience in CFS operation and commercial.
  • Good Communication skills in English & Hindi language.
  • Experience in Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Operations of CFS.
  • Confident, self-driven, and a team player.
