CNC Programmer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC programmer to fill this key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing and testing CNC programs for various machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop CNC programs from technical drawings and CAD models.
  • Select the appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds and machining strategies to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine machining processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of CNC programs and support production with technical expertise.
  • Evaluate and improve existing programs for efficiency and cycle time reduction.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a CNC programmer (2-3 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in CAM software.
  • Familiarity with G-code, M-code and CNC machine operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
