About the Role :

We're hiring a highly skilled JD Edwards CNC Administrator for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of total experience, with 6-8 years specifically in relevant JD Edwards roles. This position is critical for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the high performance of our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments.

You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, from installations and upgrades to troubleshooting and system monitoring.

Key Responsibilities :

- System Administration : Install, configure, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments to ensure stability and security. This includes managing daily operations and performing regular health checks.

- Upgrades and Patching : Handle system upgrades, apply patches, and perform package builds to keep the system up-to-date and secure.

- Performance Monitoring : Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they

impact users.

- Technical Support : Provide L2/L3 technical support, troubleshooting complex issues for end-users and project teams.

- Middleware Management : Administer and support various middleware platforms, including WebLogic, JDE AIS, JDE BSSV, Transform, and DAS.

- Printer Configuration : Configure and manage printer setups on E1 Enterprise servers and the Transform print server. Set up printer definitions and configure default printers within JDE.

- Coordination : Work closely with infrastructure, application, and database teams to coordinate system outages, deployments, and patching. You will also be responsible for performing E1 service restarts.

- Collaboration and Documentation : Collaborate with developers and functional consultants on system enhancements. Create and maintain detailed documentation for all CNC procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

- Knowledge Sharing : Stay informed about the latest JD Edwards releases, features, and best practices to ensure our systems remain current and optimized.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 8+ years of overall experience, with 68 years of direct, hands-on experience as a JD Edwards CNC Administrator.

- Mandatory Skills : Strong expertise with EnterpriseOne Tools, UXOne, BSSV, and Orchestrator.

- Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in managing Transform (Print server) and DAS (Data Access Studio).

- Networking Knowledge : A solid understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP and firewalls.

- Desired Skills : Strong troubleshooting and performance monitoring abilities are highly desirable.

- Collaboration Skills : Excellent communication and coordination skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
