Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Scrum Master + Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile/Scrum best practices, and removing impediments to foster a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling, as well as experience with Agile project management tools.

  • Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Coaching the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles.
  • Removing impediments and fostering a collaborative, self-organizing team environment.
  • Tracking and communicating team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.
  • Working closely with Team, Business and Stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.
  • Translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Developing process flows, data mappings, and other documentation as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
