Job Overview

As a Senior Public Relations Consultant, you will be responsible for spearheading our public relations efforts and fostering strong relationships with clients, media, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish daily communication channels with clients and the media via telephone and email to build lasting relationships and networks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential crises and ensure 100% client retention.
  • Provide clients with timely information about new promotional opportunities and PR campaign progress.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of media trends (traditional and digital), including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, social media, podcasts, blogs, and newswires to inform and evaluate media coverage.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute publicity strategies and campaigns, developing quarterly roadmaps to drive results.
  • Prepare briefs, scripts, campaign taglines, and responses for interviews to ensure effective communication.
  • Write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media outlets.
  • Promote news stories and features, write and produce presentations, in-house magazines, brochures, reports, and promotional materials to enhance brand awareness.
  • Document all campaigns, testimonials, and coverage to inform future strategies.
  • Design and manage publicity brochures, websites, and promotional videos when allocated budgets permit.
