Order Management Specialist Position

The role of Order Management Specialist involves overseeing and managing accounts receivable portfolios to ensure timely collections. The specialist will be responsible for monitoring the portfolio, investigating payment discrepancies, and resolving disputes with customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable portfolios to ensure timely payments.
  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes and payment issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve collection-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
  • Prepare ageing reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in OTC collections or accounts receivable.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
