Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the maintenance and operation of our wet etch equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ensuring the smooth operation of these tools, troubleshooting issues, and developing strategies for preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on 200/300mm wet benches and single wafer processing tools, including SES, DNS, FSI Zeta, SEZ SP223/DVI, Semi tool spectrum, DNS, TEL, and FSI.
  • Teach and adjust robots for the aforementioned tools.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on WET etch equipment.
  • Develop and execute PM planning, consumable procurement, and parts management strategies.
  • Perform complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis using Fish bone/8D and 4D methodologies, and resolve tool issues.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of Brooks & Assyst SMIFs.
  • Execute tasks safely with good housekeeping practices.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Mitsubishi/Omron PLC (an added advantage).
  • Experience working with sub-systems like CDS, DI heaters, ozone generators, and chillers.
  • Understand chemical safety principles.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is mandatory.
  • Degree or Diploma in engineering with relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Positive attitude and good team player.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently and/or in a team environment.
