Backend Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing and building scalable systems, developing modular microservices, and optimizing database performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Design & Development: Architect and build scalable systems using Java (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
  • Microservices: Develop modular microservices with technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Database Management: Design and optimize both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
  • API Development: Create and maintain RESTful APIs, and integrate third-party services.
  • Performance & Security: Optimize application performance and implement backend security best practices.
  • Testing & CI/CD: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests (e.g., JUnit, Mockito); work with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively across teams and mentor junior developers.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Quarkus.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
