Role Overview

Our team is seeking an experienced software developer who is passionate about mentoring and teaching. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience working with modern enterprise tech stacks and wants to train and guide the next generation of developers through structured classroom sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging classroom sessions on topics including front-end development, back-end development, databases, DevOps & deployment, and software engineering practices.
  • Guide students through practical and real-world projects.
  • Provide mentorship, code reviews, and feedback aligned with industry best practices.
  • Prepare learners for enterprise environments with scalable systems, security, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with our curriculum team to enhance content and teaching materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–10+ years industry experience as a software developer or senior engineer.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/Databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, Cloud platforms, and Git workflows.
  • Hands-on knowledge of testing frameworks, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
