Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Developer located in Bhubaneswar. The Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing efficient code, troubleshooting and debugging applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and documenting the whole development process. The role focuses on ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end and integrating with third-party APIs as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Java, Java EE, and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of database management systems and SQL
  • Familiarity with version control systems, primarily Git
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the housing management domain is a plus
