About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance management aspects of our transportation solutions.

You will work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and support system upgrades or patches.

Your expertise in OTM configuration, performance tuning, and root cause analysis will be invaluable in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics to ensure optimal system throughput and user experience.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, recommend improvements, and support system upgrades or patches.
  • OTM Configuration and Performance Tuning: Utilize your hands-on experience with OTM configuration, performance tuning, and root cause analysis to optimize system performance.
  • Transportation and Logistics Expertise: Leverage your understanding of transportation and logistics workflows to drive analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Performance Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and methodologies.
