Finance Leader Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will ensure timely completion of financial tasks and reporting according to applicable standards and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounting for the B2C segment.
  • Ensure accurate monthly closing and reporting of financial numbers to management.
  • Plan, execute, and close quarterly statutory audits in a timely manner.
  • Prepare BS disclosures on a periodic basis and ensure correct and accurate reporting.
  • Develop strong knowledge of accounting standards and guidelines, with practical experience in applying them to business scenarios.
  • Closely coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely closing and reporting of financials.
  • Ensure correct segmental reporting and elimination of all group transactions.
  • Review monthly closing checklists and ensure proper review is done for all BS items periodically.
  • Report internal BS KPI to management.
  • Lead and supervise a team of professionals, motivating and coaching them by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for closing the financial statements of the parent company and Indian subsidiaries.
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations, CARO, and legislations.
  • Examine financial reports and data closely to detect discrepancies.
  • Ensure board deliverables related to quarterly publishing of financial statements.
  • Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting policies and guidelines, making changes as per changes in accounting standards, regulatory, and other compliances.
