Project Lead Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to drive project success and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage projects effectively, and expertise in trading applications development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining real-time trading applications using C++ and C# is a critical task.
  • The successful candidate should have experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g., market data feeds, FIX protocol) with internal systems.
  • Optimizing and refactoring codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance is also crucial.
  • You will design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure platform stability.
  • Maintaining production trading systems, including troubleshooting and incident resolution, is essential.
  • Developing back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research is also required.
  • Ensuring that code adheres to security, compliance, and regulatory standards is vital.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong proficiency in C++, C# is necessary.
  • Experience with third-party API integration (e.g., market data feeds, FIX protocol) is required.
  • Knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system design is essential.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools is necessary.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently is required.
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements in fintech is essential.
