
Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to manage our financial records, handle daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
The role involves maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial reports, coordinating with auditors, and supporting management in decision-making.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or equivalent).
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries: receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Manage accounts payable & receivable.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with CA/consultant.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.
- Support documentation for property/land transactions, agreements, and legal filings (as required in real estate business).
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other external agencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- 2–15 years of accounting experience (real estate or related field preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
