Job Title:

Enterprise Agile Coach\

This is a senior role responsible for facilitating and supporting teams in adopting Agile methodologies across the organization. The Enterprise Agile Coach will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product owners to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an enterprise-level software release environment, preferably with 5+ years of experience. Agile and/or SAFe expertise and best practices are highly desirable.

\

Key responsibilities include planning and executing sprints, conducting daily stand-ups, and facilitating retrospectives to improve team performance. Effective communication with teams and stakeholders, both written and verbally, is essential.

\

The successful candidate will be able to navigate between teams efficiently, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment. Experience working in a Data Analytics organization or managing data engineering/data science teams, BI, data warehousing, or cloud migrations is also a plus.

\

Requirements include:

\
  • 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach in an enterprise level software release environment
  • Agile and/or SAFe expertise and best practices
  • Prior experience working in a Data Analytics organization or managing data engineering/data science teams
  • Proficient in ADO
  • Basic SQL skills (MS access accepted)
  • Experience in Azure cloud preferred; alternate cloud provider expertise accepted
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive approach

  • Agile certified or SCRUM Certified or SAFE Certified
  • IT Project Manager expertise (SW development focus)
  • Working knowledge of MS Azure stack (Databricks, Data Factory, etc)

This is a remote opportunity located in India, working 8 hours between 10am IST – 10 pm IST. The team spans across Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Data Science lines of business, requiring ability to navigate between teams efficiently.
