About the Role:

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment that drives business results.
  • Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with Team, Business and Stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog that aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.
  2. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure technical feasibility.
  3. Work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
  4. Develop process flows, data mappings, and other documentation as needed to support data quality initiatives.
  5. Support data quality initiatives and help define data governance standards to ensure data integrity.
  6. Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of data solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
