Job Title: Agile Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for anchoring the scrum ceremonies across various projects and ensuring that the sprint ceremonies are conducted according to defined agile methodologies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Execute projects according to agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate agile development teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Ensure projects are delivered with minimal disruptions.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations. Ensure transparency and alignment among team members and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes. Ensure that software products meet or exceed quality expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development teams. Implement agile best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry.
  • Certification: Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools and software.
