Job Title: Learning Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our learning function and drive business results through effective training and development programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of organizational learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Create comprehensive training programs, including learning journeys and blended learning solutions.
  • Manage relationships with external training partners and track key performance indicators.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including pre- and post-learning communication.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on various topics, including soft skills and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs. We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
