Job Overview: ServiceNow Business Analyst - Order Management

This role requires an individual to act as a liaison between stakeholders, product managers, and the implementation team.

  • The successful candidate will gather and analyze customer requirements in collaboration with product owners and vendors.
  • They will review and maintain backlogs to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Additionally, they will provide guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager on the ServiceNow platform.

Experience managing large data extractions and transforming them into ServiceNow target formats is highly desirable.

Familiarity with CSM/OM data model and best practices for data usage.

  • Knowledge of API Integration and ITIL processes are also beneficial.
