Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to fill a key role in our organization.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as a strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and SPM related Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to developer tasks, provide ServiceNow support, and collaborate with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • A minimum of 4 years of development experience in ServiceNow is required.
  • Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products to our users.
  • Monitor day-to-day technical tasks to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Development experience in SPM and related Integrations.
  • Implementation of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source, and Transform maps.
  • Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
