ServiceNow SPM Expert Lead

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM expert to lead the delivery of seamless SPM capabilities.

  • The successful candidate will serve as a seasoned ServiceNow Admin with extensive SPM experience.
  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing end-to-end solutions, leveraging expertise in SPM modules: Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner Workspace.
  • Key responsibilities also include conducting thorough requirements gathering and solution design to ensure effective delivery of SPM capabilities.
  • Additionally, the candidate must analyze the impact of new solutions and SPM enhancements on existing systems.
  • They will configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows to optimize system performance.
  • Performing system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support is also a key responsibility.
  • Managing code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts to maintain platform stability is crucial.
  • Troubleshooting complex integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems is another critical responsibility.
  • Implementing automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub to enhance productivity is also required.
  • Handling platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment to ensure 24/7 availability is essential.
  • Monitoring daily health checks and resolving performance issues promptly is a key aspect of the role.

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience.
  • A strong understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrations.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
  • Experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks.
