AWS Serverless SRE Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Serverless expert to join our Cloud and DevOps team. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in building and maintaining resilient, fault-tolerant architectures using automation and multi-region failover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain scalable, reliable AWS architectures with automation and multi-region failover.
  • Apply Service Reliability Engineering principles (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets) to drive reliability and reduce operational overhead.
  • Implement resilience patterns – retries, throttling, circuit breakers, graceful degradation – to ensure high availability.
  • Configure end-to-end observability pipelines (logs, metrics, traces, events) using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
  • Develop automation and self-healing workflows using Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps with AWS serverless architecture.
  • Deep hands-on experience with AWS serverless stack: Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis, Firehose, S3, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, RDS.
  • Strong coding expertise in Python and Node.js/TypeScript for automation.
  • Experience in IAM, Security Groups, Secrets Manager, resiliency automation, and chaos testing.
