Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Systems Administrator with expertise in Azure and Office 365 to support, maintain, and optimize our cloud infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:- Cloud Resource Management: Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and other Azure services.
- ID and Access Management: Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD) and related identity management solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize Azure resource utilization and costs.
- Office 365 Administration: Manage and support Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- User Account Management: Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Office 365, ensuring compliance and security.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot issues and provide support for Office 365 services across the organization.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and access controls.
- Threat Monitoring: Monitor for potential security threats and take action to resolve vulnerabilities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and company security policies.
- Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., PowerShell) for automated cloud and Office 365 administration tasks.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation to increase efficiency.
- Backup and Recovery: Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans for critical cloud services.
- Data Integrity: Regularly test and update recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
- Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance and training to other IT staff on cloud administration best practices.
