Platform Success Executive

We are seeking a driven and empathetic Platform Success Executive to strengthen our connections with schools and parents.

  • Build strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city.
  • Onboard schools onto the platform, explaining how it works and gathering accurate information about their classes.
  • Verify class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp.
  • Reach out to parents who submitted an inquiry, asking about their experience and how we can help further.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong spoken communication in English and Hindi.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and confident over phone and WhatsApp.
  • Able to follow a process, use templates, and update basic records.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Comfortable with using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles.
  • Graduate (any stream) or currently pursuing studies and available part-time.
  • Candidates with educational background will be given preference.
