Program Management Specialist

We are seeking a Program Management Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who enjoys working with schools and planning student-centric activities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing strategic school engagement programs, working closely with partner schools to design and manage student engagement activities that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute strategic events & activities in schools onboarded with PhysicsWallah.
  • Student Engagement Activities: Design and manage student engagement activities in collaboration with schools.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (academic, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders (school authorities, vendors).
  • Event Operations: Ensure smooth event operations and execution on the ground.
  • Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for school programs.
  • Impact Monitoring: Monitor program impact and provide feedback for improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation Design: Strong PPT and presentation design skills.
  • Event Planning Experience: Hands-on experience in event planning and operations management.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
