Job Title: Global Program Manager

The Global Program Manager plays a vital role in our institution, overseeing programs that empower students to prepare for life and align with the core purpose and values.

This position involves managing several whole-school programs:

Community Outreach

  • Develops and implements grade-wise community outreach programs to foster empathy and social awareness among students.
  • Assesses needs, designs curricula, and coordinates community outreach initiatives across the school.
  • Liaises with external partner organizations to create opportunities for Inventure students to volunteer and run change-making initiatives at government schools.

Internships

  • Ensures students complete internships and present their reports, facilitating evaluations based on their presentations.
  • Mentors students to find suitable internships and coordinates between employers and interns for seamless experiences.

Field Trips and Guest Lectures

  • Manages partnerships for field trips and guest lectures, assessing suitability for students and working closely with faculty members for smooth execution.

Skills Required

  • Planning and multi-tasking in high-intensity environments.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills, including data analysis and pattern recognition.
  • Data and information management, utilizing tools like Google Suite.
  • Taking initiative and persistence in promoting new ideas.

Experience and Education

  • 6-8 years of experience in designing and managing educational projects and teams.
  • Prior experience in organizing physical and online events/programs.
  • Domain knowledge in Skills Development programs/Social Work/Education/Psychology/Sociology/Entrepreneurship/Child Rights/Impact assessment.
  • Masters degree in relevant domains.
  • Excellent English communication skills. Knowledge of spoken Kannada is an added advantage.
