Job Title: Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to provide exceptional customer experiences. This includes developing and implementing training programs, providing coaching and feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

In addition to leading a team, the Team Lead will also be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. They will work closely with other departments to resolve issues and implement solutions that benefit the organization as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of CSRs and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure CSRs have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and implement solutions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role
  • A degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

You will also need to be able to type 30 WPM with accuracy and have basic knowledge of Google Suite.
