Job Title: Senior Process Associate
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced professionals to manage cash operations, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) functions for a US Treasury department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash operations and treasury processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor daily cash positions and reconcile with bank accounts.
- Support AR and AP functions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and US accounting/treasury standards.
- Assist in preparing treasury-related reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities in cash management and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of US Treasury processes and/or AR & AP functions.
- Very good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good understanding of cash management and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting/treasury tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
Work Schedule:
Regular: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (IST)
During Daylight Saving: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM (IST)
