The Assistant Treasury Manager position is a critical component of the Treasury Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cash operations, including monitoring balances, bank reporting and maintaining treasury dashboards.
  • Develop comprehensive cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements.
  • Oversee and manage the organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity.
  • Ensure timely payment of all obligations by managing the organization's debt schedule.
  • Coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account records.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams to gather data for cash forecasting and to facilitate banking transactions and approvals.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function, proficiency in financial and cash management principles, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

You will work closely with multiple departments and handle sensitive information appropriately. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, coordinate efforts, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

In this role, you will contribute to defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and increasing process efficiencies. You will also work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
