Job Description:

As a Senior SAP OTC Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the SAP S4 Fashion Solution for the individual SAP Order to Cash (OTC) within the Global implementation.

The primary focus will be on partnering with business, Integrator, and IT teams to design and implement Order to Cash (OTC) deliverables within established guidelines. You will ensure that the results are of consistently high quality, meeting the business needs.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity, availability, and security of assigned Order to Cash (OTC) functionality to meet established IT goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and configuring key processes that drive OTC solutions, integration, and processes.
  • Mapping functional capabilities of IT systems to meet business requirements.
  • Accountable for future IT functional and technical design, configuration, and integration of the SAP S4 Fashion OTC and other OTC Solutions. Following project workplans to implement ERP activities in line with legacy and 3rd Party changes.
  • Defining and documenting processes, WRICEF, Functional Specifications, test plans/scripts, deployment plans, and legacy application changes.
  • Participating in key process workshops & issue resolution sessions.
  • Contributing to the future IT solution design, testing, deployment, and change management.
  • Providing updates to reviews of program deliverables and status.
  • Partnering with 3rd Parties for EDI, B2B, Legacy changes.
  • Supporting data cleansing/migration activities.
  • Supporting OTC Lead to identify and plan IT driven growth opportunities, and develop plans for executing support initiatives, which may include sustaining, stretch, and breakthrough innovation.
  • Ensuring consistent definition and compliance of security.
  • Managing own work and supporting other team members to achieve budget and schedule.
