Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Financial Operations Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in reconciliations, supplier invoice reviews, and financial data analysis. They will also be skilled in creating MIS reports, managing receivables, and processing invoices.

  • Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers, as well as inter-company transactions.
  • Verify supplier invoices against contractual agreements and record entries in the accounting system.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, revenue statements, and reconcile income and expenditure reports.
  • Manage monthly billing for cargo handling and counter sales, ensuring daily/monthly reconciliation.
  • Monitor receivables, follow up with debtors, and prepare monthly ageing reports.
  • Update financial data across systems such as RSmart and COSYS.
  • Process invoices and accurately record receipts.
  • Generate MIS reports and costing sheets using BOS financial data.
  • Ensure proper documentation and backup for all financial transactions.
  • Conduct general ledger reviews and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Commerce or Chartered Accountant Intermediate with 3–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Master of Commerce or MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications and financial systems.
