We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and continuous improvement of our AI-driven platform. This role focuses on ensuring robust, consistent, and accurate AI features through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development of new AI-driven safety features by working with both international and Indian fleet customers.
  • Understand and measure machine learning algorithms using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as precision, recall, and false positive rate.
  • Apply basic statistical principles to ensure unbiased and accurate performance evaluations; and collaborate with the analytics Operations team to root cause ML observations.
  • Lead ML continuous improvement (CI/CD) efforts with the ML Infrastructure team, aiming for 99%+ model accuracy.
  • Work with the UX team to enhance customer interactions with video annotation, alert decoration, and feature configurations.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to evaluate data, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences, including engineering, marketing, support, and leadership.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong domain knowledge in machine learning, particularly in computer vision, and will drive initiatives to enhance our platform's AI capabilities and analytics features.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in technology, with 5+ years in Product Management focusing on AI-driven platforms.
