Lead AI Engineer

We are seeking a talented Lead AI Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.

About the Role:

  • This position involves leading the development of new capabilities for our AI platform while maturing our code base and development processes.
  • You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving results-driven projects.
  • As a seasoned technical leader, you will be expected to mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models and services.
  • Leverage distributed microservices systems, real-time streaming technologies, and Big Data frameworks to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI, machine learning, and data science.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Golang, C++, or Java.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Splunk, Humio, Prometheus, and Grafana.
