Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. This role is ideal for an individual who has a strong background in asset management, with a proven track record of success in managing day-to-day workflows of existing assets.

The Senior Associate will be responsible for monitoring and analysing cash flows, tracking and analysing asset performance, managing risk, overseeing third-party partners and executing the business plan. They will also collaborate with the asset management team and external business partners to facilitate and review performance, suggesting value enhancements where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day workflows of existing assets
  • Monitor and analyse cash flows
  • Track and analyse asset performance
  • Manage risk
  • Oversight of third-party partners
  • Execution of the business plan
  • Collaborate with the asset management team and external business partners

Requirements:

  • Sound experience in asset management or related fields (6-8 years)
  • Strong accounting knowledge with advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with a well-developed understanding of key investment performance drivers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to cultivate trust and build strong partnerships with different counterparts

Bonus Requirements:

  • Knowledge of third-party databases such as Yardi, Argus, CoStar, Real Page, Bloomberg, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with VBA macros

Academic Qualifications:

  • CPA / CFA / MBA or equivalent qualification in accounting & finance from a reputed institution
