Senior Corporate Asset Resolution Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recovery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing mid-market and emerging large corporates, monitoring borrower accounts, and advising borrowers in turnaround situations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage portfolios of corporate clients, including regular monitoring of borrower accounts and maintaining updates on developments in respective borrower accounts.
- Advising borrowers in turnaround situations regarding liquidity concerns, undertaking viability studies, developing sustainable business plans, and rehabilitation packages.
- Managing stressed assets involving interaction with companies, performance monitoring & benchmarking, adherence to stipulated terms, site visits, etc.
- Making early warning triggers for allocated accounts, monitoring portfolios, reviewing operational and financial performances, tracking monthly cash flows, and industry trends.
- Formulating recovery strategies post-factoring legal options.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Reading and understanding entity financials, including credit analysis.
- Familiarity with various industries.
- RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring knowledge.
- Reasonable knowledge of laws, including IBC, SARFAESI, commercial suits, contract laws, etc.
- Effective note making skills and strong written and spoken communication.
