Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Broker Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with real estate brokers across an allocated area and developing strategic partnerships with them.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and account management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be highly motivated, target-driven, and flexible with work timings/schedule and availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bulk up your network of real estate brokers by regularly visiting channel partners, both new and old, to build strong influence over the network.
  • Ensure continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of channel partners.
  • Maintain quality leads and manage existing channel partner accounts effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to guarantee channel partner satisfaction.
  • Follow up with internal team members to ensure prompt action on customer requests.
  • Download latest developments and programs for channel partners and end-users.
  • Foster engagement among channel partners through trust, effective communication, and compelling service offerings.
  • Protect the brand image of the company by adhering to a suitable code of conduct.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate brokerage and sales.
  • Outstanding sales skills with the ability to connect with clients.
  • Strong listening skills to comprehend client needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and follow-up skills.
  • Highly motivated individual driven by targets.
  • Flexibility with work schedule and availability.
  • Solid relationship management and account management skills.
  • Working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business practices.
