Software Engineering Leadership

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our software engineering efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive excellence in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engineering standards for building automation and breach prevention.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving API Engineering standards and industry practices.
  • Lead design discussions and collaborate with the team to decide on the most appropriate approach.
  • Solve complex technical challenges through analysis, proof of concepts, and problem-solving.
  • Represent the team in senior stakeholders' groups and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Hands-on experience in Java and Springboot.
  • Familiarity with GIT, Jenkins, Maven, and other DevOps tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering best practices and design principles.
  • Experience in solving complex engineering challenges and application performance/security issues.
  • A strong understanding of API security principles, including OAuth2 and various security patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or any other cloud platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively with senior stakeholders.
