**Job Title:** Head of Sales Growth
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team at CareerXperts Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed business targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve desired outcomes.
- Forecast and track key sales metrics (e.g., revenue, sales volume, customer acquisition cost) to inform data-driven decisions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales growth.
- Negotiate and close complex deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations to communicate performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales management roles with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
