Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in the B2B sales segment
  • Expand the customer base within the business-to-business (B2B) sales segment
  • Work closely with sales team, marketing, product, and senior management
  • Identify opportunities and implement initiatives to accelerate sales growth
  • Maximize profitability through strategic planning, business development, and sales leadership


Qualifications:

  • MBA (Must)
  • A comprehensive understanding of B2B sales landscape professionals to navigate complex market conditions, identify emerging opportunities, and develop strategies that are aligned with current customer demands and industry trends.


Required Skills:

  • Min experience of 10 years in B2B Sales and business development process with a focus on driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relationship building with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other sales technologies
