Job Overview

This is a full-time role that requires the candidate to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management, with a strong background in maintaining records and handling documentation. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential for this position.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records
  • Draft and review legal documents as needed
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure effective governance practices
  • Liaise with external regulators, advisors, and auditors
  • Assist with internal audits and risk assessments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas of improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on compliance matters
  • Collaborate with external partners to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, business, or finance)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate governance and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to compliance and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
